Celebrating Scott

Today we celebrate Scott’s fourth anniversary on the team of Griswold Home Care for Wilmington. While we were not actively hiring for his role when he applied with us in 2020, we knew he would be an amazing asset for our team and a blessing to our caregivers and clients. We were right!

As Director of Operations, Scott wears a number of hats. Whether recruiting caregivers or ensuring client satisfaction, he always works with excellence. He also takes seriously the importance of seeking caregivers who can deliver on Griswold values. More than that, he embodies those values and sets a great example of respect for all people.
