With a proven track record, Griswold Care Pairing for Tampa has been operating since 2008. We have built one of the largest pools of Caregivers in the area, giving us the best opportunity to pair you with a caregiver that meets your schedule, skill set and chemistry needs. To date, the Caregivers we refer have served over 1300 clients, made over 300,000 visits, logged over 2.5 million hours of care Outstanding Service Quality while consistently exhibiting a Five Star Rating of over 4.9 (see below for the actual reviews).

We are proud to offer value prices. Only a handful of companies are less expensive for the benchmark period of 4 hours or more; and, when they do, it is usually because the caregivers are making less, not the office.  As well, there are no additional charges for Personal Care or for care during weekends.

We are family-owned and operated with one owner having over 45 years of RN experience and the other being a former Certified Senior Advisor with a background in Dementia and Alzheimer’s.

We have deep ties with this community, with one owner having served as Vice Chair of the Hillsborough SALT Council (Seniors and Law Enforcement Together) and the past Chair of Hillsborough’s BLS (Better Living for Seniors), the networking arm of the local Area Agency on Aging. The other was just awarded SAGES’s Tampa Bay Heart Award for Leadership. As part of our commitment to the communities we serve, we are proud to return a portion of our office fee back to the community via contributions to organizations like Dementia Spotlight, Meals on Wheels, Faces of Courage (Cancer), Alzheimer’s Association, Lighthouse for the Blind, etc.).
