Meet Your Team
Wendy Perry
Managing Director
Managing Director Wendy Perry was compelled to enter the Senior Home Care industry after caring for her parents, Lou and Brenda. During a period of 6 years, Wendy first took on the roles of caregiving, and as time went on, she began hiring amazing, compassionate Caregivers. Wendy was astounded by the deep and thoughtful relationships that developed between the Caregivers and her parents, with them quickly becoming part of the family. Lou, a WWll veteran and Teacher, and Brenda, a retired social worker, always expressed how grateful they were to stay in their home. Due to the amazing care Lou and Brenda received, they were able to live out their lives in the comfort of their own home.
Wendy was so inspired by this experience that upon her retirement from the corporate world, she decided to continue helping others in the same way she was able to help her own parents. So, she began to search for a likeminded company that not only cherished our seniors, and honored our veterans, but one that also respected and treated their Caregivers like family. She was so happy when she connected with Griswold, a company that shares her values from the top down. Through Griswold Wendy is fulfilling her dream of helping seniors and veterans who need care and creating amazing careers for the industry's top Caregivers.

We’re in This Together
Our team is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through serving those who need assistance to live where they love. We are active in the Roseville and Rocklin area, so you’ll see us around town at events, participating in associations and meetings, and supporting local organizations inside and outside the care industry. We firmly believe in our ability to create a happier and healthier place to live through the connections we make with the people in our community.
Learn MoreJean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
