Meet Your Team
Lisa Hall
Owner/Director
Hello, I’m Lisa Hall, owner and operator of your local Griswold Home Care office. After a successful 30-year career as an Engineering Manager and Customer Satisfaction Director, I was ready to try something new and entrepreneurial. After watching my beautiful, kind mother-in-law progress through the stages of Alzheimer’s, and with aging parents, I decided to leave the corporate world. I followed my heart, to come back to a career, that not only gives professional satisfaction, but immense personal satisfaction as well.
I chose to embark upon a mission to provide high quality, affordable home care to members of the community in need. After considerable research, I quickly realized that Griswold Home Care was an industry leader, and I made the career change because I wanted to help families like my own. We provide a wide array of home care services, allowing people to stay in their homes, maintain their independence without compromising safety or quality of life.
Adrian Curry-Jones
Case Manager
I am Adrian Curry-Jones, Case Manager for Griswold Home Care of Plano.
I moved to the North Texas area from East Texas in March of 2020. I am excited to be a part of the Griswold team. I have worked for over 30 years in the healthcare industry. After completing my associate's degree in business management, I started my career in the management side of home care. Operation management became my passion. Leadership in the field of home care became second nature for me, and being able to facilitate communication, boost productivity, and put others first was part of my true call to this industry.
I am grateful for this opportunity to share with our clients and families the ability to serve daily with a servant's heart.
Gabrielle Goldsmith
My name is Gabby and I'm 31 years old. I moved to Dallas, Texas from a small town in South Mississippi 9 years ago with my husband. I started becoming very interested in the lives of our seniors over 10 years ago, as I helped my mother care for my Oma, who battled Alzheimer's for more than 5 years. I am new to the Griswold Team, but I am not new to Home Healthcare and assisting in the lives of our beautiful families and clients across the Dallas/Ft. Worth areas. I enjoy care coordinating, where I get to participate and partner with my team and caregivers, ensuring we have the right fit for our clients and families. I also love helping manage client relations with my team and caregivers, helping by encouragement when needed, and educating where I can along the way, especially when it comes to diseases like Alzheimer's and Dementia; making these processes easier day by day, and bringing more confidence and peace to our client's and families! -Gabby
In Your Community
We’re in This Together
Our team is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through serving those who need assistance to live where they love. We are active in the neighborhood, so you’ll see us around town at events, participating in associations and meetings, and supporting local organizations inside and outside the care industry. We firmly believe in our ability to create a happier and healthier place to live through the connections we make with the people in our community.
Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
