Are you the primary caregiver for an elderly loved one and affected by the new return-to-work mandate for federal employees?

If you are in Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Springfield, or the surrounding areas Griswold Home Care for Northern Virginia East is here to ease your burden.

What is the Mandate?

Starting Monday, February 24th, several Federal agencies are rescinding remote work policies for their employees. The mandate reads:

“Heads of all departments and agencies in the executive branch of Government shall, as soon as practicable, take all necessary steps to terminate remote work arrangements and require employees to return to work in-person at their respective duty stations on a full-time basis, provided that the department and agency heads shall make exemptions they deem necessary.”

How Might this Affect You?

With remote work sunsetting, the impact will affect the lives of both you and your loved one. If you have been providing care to a loved one and now have to go back into the office, new care arrangements will need to be made
