Free Blood Pressure Screening at Griswold Home Care of North San Diego on Feb. 13

Griswold Home Care of North San Diego wants everyone in the community to have healthy hearts. This is why we’re a proud host of Live Well San Diego’s annual Love Your Heart event and will be hosting free blood pressure screenings at our North San Diego County office.

Blood pressure screenings are the first defense against heart disease and stroke. High blood pressure can lead to a variety of problems not just for the heart, but also the lungs, arteries and veins. People who know their blood pressure numbers, and understand what they mean, can track it over time.
