Ivana Radman
Quality Assurance Manager
Hi! My name is Ivana, I am the Director of Quality Assurance in the Griswold Care Pairing for Manhattan office. In addition to working here in Manhattan, I am also an On Call Coordinator for the Griswold offices in St. Petersburg, FL, and Baton Rouge, LA.
I graduated from the Univerisity of South Florida with a degree in Political Science. I am Serbo-Croatian, born in Bosnia and raised in Tampa. I have been living in New York for four years now and absolutely love it! I was introduced to Griswold by my mother, who had been working as a Caregiver for six years. I became immediately interested in joining the team because of my passion for helping others in need. The love and dedication my mother put into her clients truly inspired me to do the same.

So it's a privilege to be able to link those in need with informative resources and pathways to connect with the dedicated team at Griswold. I graduated from Fairfield University with a degree in Marketing.
Shura Fatakhova
Referral Coordinator
Hello! My name is Shura Fatakhova, referral coordinator for Griswold Care Pairing for Manhattan. My family and I immigrated to the United States from Samarkand, Uzbekistan in the former Soviet Union in 1997. I became a United States citizen in December 2003. In addition to English, I speak Russian, Farsi, and Uzbek.
My first job in the United States was at a senior living facility in Florida. I had been a physician in Uzbekistan and always felt a strong commitment to helping others, so it gave me great satisfaction to work with our elder population. I knew that I was making a positive difference in their lives. I left the senior living facility to take on the role of care coordinator at Jewish Traditions Home Care in Fort Lauderdale. In the 15 years that I worked there, not only did I get to know and cherish our clients but also their caring and concerned family members.
Alexis Jimenez
Community Relations Manager
Hello! My name is Alexis Jimenez, and I’m originally from Seattle, Washington. I attended San Diego State University and now live in Manhattan. My connection to the senior community began early, looking up to my mother, an RN, who worked in elder care. Whether visiting her patients at Adult Family Homes as a child or volunteering as a companion in assisted and independent living communities during high school, I’ve always been passionate about building relationships with seniors and their families.
Service to others is central to my values, and I am committed to easing life’s transitions for families by helping them get the care they need. I strive to offer my support with both compassion and a smile. If your family could benefit from our assistance, I encourage you to reach out to me and our team — we’re happy to help!
In Your Community
We’re in This Together
Our team is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through serving those who need assistance to live where they love. We are active in the neighborhood, so you’ll see us around town at events, participating in associations and meetings, and supporting local organizations inside and outside the care industry. We firmly believe in our ability to create a happier and healthier place to live through the connections we make with the people in our community.
Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
