We promote Virtual Care to our clients often; however, our Caregivers benefit from it as well.

At Griswold Home Care for Greensboro, we are committed to ensuring a better quality of life. For our elderly clients, their families, and our Caregivers. Part of that commitment is investing in our Caregivers. We want to provide them with the tools they need to provide the best Care possible. That is one of the reasons we have integrated with a Virtual Care Support Tool, Griswold Care Plus, powered by Sensi.

Last month, we covered the benefits of Virtual Care for clients. Now, we want to highlight the reasons why our Caregivers also benefit from our Virtual Care.

Three reasons why our Caregivers love working with our Virtual Care

Client and Caregiver Matching

We do our utmost to match our clients with the perfect Caregiver(s) for them. Perhaps one of our clients is a huge Panthers fan, we can match them with a Caregiver who is also a huge Panthers fan. The Virtual Care Support Service uses advanced data analysis to optimize matching. Thus, increasing satisfaction for both the client and Caregiver.

Identifying Training Needs

The Virtual Care Support Service can pick up on areas a caregiver may be struggling with and provide helpful tips to improve outcomes. In addition, it can suggest extended training, which helps our caregivers grow professionally.

Recognition

Through the Virtual Care Support Service, we can recognize our hardworking and passionate Caregivers more easily than before. One of our favorite things is receiving positive feedback from our clients about our Caregivers and this simplifies the process.
