The Virtual Care Support Service uses advanced data analysis to optimize matching. Thus, increasing satisfaction for both the client and Caregiver.

Identifying Training Needs

The Virtual Care Support Service can pick up on areas a caregiver may be struggling with and provide helpful tips to improve outcomes. In addition, it can suggest extended training, which helps our caregivers grow professionally.
