Bruce McReynolds
Director
Bruce McReynolds, is the Director of Griswold Home Care for the Greensboro, High Point, and Burlington area. As a Greensboro resident for over 20 years Bruce finds nothing more fulfilling than assisting seniors and people with disabilities in finding the right care when they are no longer able to live independently on their own. Bruce believes that the most essential element to being a Caregiver is having a caring heart to service. Bruce serves on the board of the Triad Retirement Living Association and volunteers with Senior Resources of Guilford.
Bruce and his outstanding care team approach each client with the same respect for their wellbeing as if they are their own family members. Professionally bonded and insured, Caregivers share the philosophy that by providing compassionate, caring, and professional care, an aging or disabled loved one can have control and the ability to lead a meaningful and independent life.

Nadine Watkins
Registered Nurse Supervisor
My name is Nadine Watkins, RN, BSN. I am the RN Supervisor with our local Griswold Home Care office. I have over 20 years of experience from the Acute Rehab unit, Disease Management, Home Health and Cardiac Care Coaching/CPR Instructor. My experience in home health care ranges from infants to the elderly and from patients with medically complex needs to those requiring less assistance. I am a member of the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis in nursing and have been since 2005. Through all my years of experience I have discovered I have a real passion for working with the adult and aging population. I truly find my fulfillment in caring for these individuals as if they were my own family members or parents. I care about both the client and family as a whole. Life’s experiences are not always easy but with a guiding hand and a big heart there is possibility for change.

Scott Reinecke
Community Liaison
Scott Reinecke is the Community Liaison for Griswold Home Care for Greensboro. A proud native of Greensboro and a graduate of UNCG, Scott has built a career around supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. With years of experience in this field, he is dedicated to helping those in our community maintain their independence and achieve optimal health.
Scott’s approach to his role is rooted in a deep commitment to service. As a member of the Triad Retirement Living Association, he stays engaged with the latest trends and resources available to seniors. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with his wife, reading, and listening to his vast collection of live music. He also has a passion for woodworking, though he humbly admits that his projects often produce more sawdust than finished pieces, leaving plenty of room for growth in his craft.
In Your Community
We’re in This Together
Our team is dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through serving those who need assistance to live where they love. We are active in the neighborhood, so you’ll see us around town at events, participating in associations and meetings, and supporting local organizations inside and outside the care industry. We firmly believe in our ability to create a happier and healthier place to live through the connections we make with the people in our community.

Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
