Triad Medical Academy is owned and operated by us at Griswold Home Care for Greensboro. We are a premier training academy offering the Nurse Aide I (CNA), the Medication Aide, and other courses to help you reach your healthcare career goals. All of our teachers are experienced and eager to assist each student reach their goals.

Guilford Medical and Dental Managers Association is the premier professional organization for medical and dental practices in Guilford County and the surrounding areas, dedicated to providing timely educational programs, strong networking support and personal growth opportunities.

Triad Retirement Living Association (TRLA) serves as an educational, referral, and networking resource for members and the community regarding senior retirement services.

TRLA was also founded for the good of the individuals who serve senior citizens in the community and specifically to support and educate those Members by providing networking, educational, and marketing opportunities. Membership is comprised of senior service industry professionals and affiliate members that serve seniors. TRLA is an important vehicle through which individuals organize and work together to improve the senior community and society.

Bruce McReynolds, Owner of Griswold Home Care for Greensboro has served in various leadership roles in the TRLA for the past 12 years, including serving as President.

Alamance ElderCare provides adults and family caregivers with information about community resources that promote well-being, the ability to remain safely at home, and independence. We are proud to assist with Caregiver support services offered by Alamance ElderCare.

Veterans Administration is a national government department dedicated to care for those who have served in the military as well as their families, caregivers, and survivors.

Griswold supports our local Veterans as a preferred provider of Home and Community Based services. Veterans who are part of the VA health care system are eligible for home care services based on their individual needs. Griswold can assist in connecting veterans with home care services.

Griswold can assist Veterans in connecting them with the VA Pension Program, Aid & Attendance. Our community partners, Patriot Angels and Vet Assist can assist with the application process needed to receive the Aida & Attendance Benefit.

Health Team Advantage strives to improve the health and well-being of our communities through a commitment to personalized service, quality, and enhanced care experiences.

Griswold works with Health Team Advantage as a provider of custodial benefits for its members who are coming home from a hospital stay or procedure.

Alzheimer’s Association is an organization dedicated to ending Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia. Their 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) is a free service offering support for people living with dementia, caregivers, families, and the public. Connect with a live person who can provide information, local resources, crisis assistance and emotional support.

Griswold is proud to support individuals and families who are navigating the journey of those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We provide support in our local community through participating in local Alzheimer’s walks and sponsorships. Griswold Caregivers complete a Dementia Certification program to enable them to better serve individuals with dementia.

AuthoraCare Collective empowers people to be active participants in their care journey, enabling them to live on their own terms through personalized support for mind, body, spirit. Griswold is a provider through their “Guide to Dementia Care” program. Guide provides navigation, resources, and respite services to family members who are caring for a loved one with dementia.

AuthoraCare Collective is here to support you on your caregiving journey with workshops, events, articles, and counseling. They also offer Grief Support, which includes one-on-one grief counseling, support groups, workshops and other educational programs for adults and children.

The Elder Law Firm is dedicated to suppprting seniors and their families with expert guidance in estate planning, estate planning, elder law, nursing care Medicaid, asset protection, and elder care navigation. They goal is to help ensure a secure and dignified future. Choice Care Navigators is a specialized care management service that helps seniors, and their families navigate the complexities of aging and the healthcare system. We assess the needs of older adults, create personalized care plans, coordinate services, and advocate for their well-being.
