Our referred Caregivers may provide services like personal care, homemaking, companionship, and support for those with conditions, illnesses, or injuries.

Jen Banks
Regional Director
Jen Banks joined Griswold Care Pairing of Southwest Florida in November 2021 as Office Manager and was promoted to Regional Director in March 2024. In her current role, Jen oversees the Southwest Florida, Broward County, and Florida Keys offices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care across the region.
With a decade of experience in the home care industry, Jen has honed her skills in marketing, networking, and client relations, helping to expand the reach and impact of Griswold’s services. She combines her extensive knowledge of home care, compliance, and a compassionate approach to better serve families and individuals throughout the region.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time at the beach, escaping to the Florida Keys for long weekends, and cherishing quality time with her mom, husband, and two daughters.
Mari Collazo
Assistant Office Manager
Mari joined Griswold Care Pairing for Broward County, FL in October 2024 as our Assistant Office Manager! With a solid background in healthcare and information technology, Mari has spent several years as a manager implementing quality initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing evidence-based procedures. She’s currently pursuing a master’s in healthcare administration to deepen her knowledge and better serve our community.
Mari brings a wealth of skills in operations execution, data analysis, patient-centered care, problem-solving, and customer success management. She is eager to connect with families and promote high-quality care in Broward County.
In her spare time, Mari enjoys reading mystery novels and hiking. We’re thrilled to have her on our team!
Jerry Duchatelier
Community Liaison
Jerry joined Griswold Care Pairing of Broward County, Florida in December 2023 as our Community Liaison! Before coming to Griswold, Jerry worked as a Marketing Manager in Pediatric Dentistry, where he focused on SEO, digital ads, and building community relationships.
With a degree in Nursing and a strong marketing background, Jerry is passionate about helping families and advocating for health and wellness. He’s excited to assist Broward’s senior community in safely aging in place.
In his spare time, Jerry enjoys reading, tackling crossword puzzles, cooking, and spending quality time with his daughters. We’re excited to have him on our team!
Miya Davis
Case Manager
Miya joined Griswold Care Pairing for Broward County, FL in February 2024 as our Case Manager! With five years of experience in healthcare as a medical assistant and patient care representative, Miya has honed her skills in scheduling and confirming patient appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring accurate patient records.
At Griswold, Miya brings her expertise in administrative support and customer service to the Broward County community. She is passionate about coordinating care, assessing patient needs, and advocating for clients.
In her spare time, Miya enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends and loves to travel. We’re excited to have her on our team!

Jean’s Story
In 1982, Dr. Jean Griswold founded our company at her dining room table in a small suburb of Philadelphia. She found out that an elderly woman in her community had died of complications because she had no support system for care. Jean felt this was an easily preventable tragedy and was driven to find a solution by pairing Caregivers with those who could not thrive in their homes alone. She was a true visionary, establishing one of the first and most successful non-medical home care organizations in the country, despite being wheelchair-bound due to Multiple Sclerosis. Over 40 years later, her legacy lives on nationwide.
Scholarship
Where would we be without Caregivers? Their selflessness is astounding, yet they are often overlooked and underappreciated. The Jean Griswold Foundation is dedicated to supporting Caregivers, the backbone of the care industry. We provide educational scholarships so Care Professionals can further their training, enhance their skills, elevate their careers, and better assist the people they serve.
